Fees & Payment

We believe therapy should feel supportive from the very first step including understanding the cost of services. Below is an overview of our session fees and payment options.

Payment Options:

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service and can be securely processed through our client portal.

Insurance:

New Horizons Therapeutics is in network with: Anthem, Sentara, Aetna, United Healthcare, Medicaid.

If we are out-of-network with your plan, we can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits.

Reduced Fee Option:

We are committed to increasing access to care. Reduced-fee sessions may be available through our Resident Counselors.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a fee.
